Thank you for your interest in joining the SAAD Board of Trustees/Directors

To be nominated as a trustee and director of SAAD you will need a proposer and a seconder who are both current SAAD members.

 The following information is required for the nominee,  the proposer and the seconder.

1. Name
2. SAAD membership number
3. Email address
4. Mobile telephone number

You will also need to upload:

• a completed declaration of interest form.  Please click here to download the form.
• a photograph
• a short biography

The deadline for nominations is 26 August 2026.

Only fully completed nomination forms can be accepted. Receipt will be acknowledged
